Customer Service Administrator

Our Client is looking for an office based Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This could be a permanent position for the right Candidate and the working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm with an hour lunch break. Based in central Boston, they are well established and have a wide range of Clients so this can be quite a busy role and sometime require working to deadlines but equally this is also a very satisfying position for the right Candidate. Customer Service and dealing with members of the public face to face is a large part of this role and IT skills are also required for recording important information.
