Customer Service Operator

Our Boston based client has 2 contract positions based in Boston until the end of January 2020. 2 x full time roles (37hrs), both positions covering 24 hours / 7 days per week on a rota'd shift pattern. This positions is to provide first line contact for customers, other agencies, businesses and contractors in either the customer service centre or the reception desk depending on the rota. This is also monitoring alarms, updating a database, general admin and dealing with potentially vulnerable clients. Candidate must be calm under pressure and have a sympathetic ear.
