Service Desk Analyst

Based in Spalding, our client has an ongoing full time position for a Service Desk Analyst. Duties are to provide 1st line support for all related issues to over 4000 users across supported sites in the UK and Europe. The role will include troubleshooting issues for all supported hardware and software, imaging desktops/laptops and installing applications, managing Active Directory accounts and groups, telecoms programming, performing routine security checks. Candidates will have to provide a high level of customer service, meet set targets for Service Desk Analysts, display a high degree of business process awareness, ensure all calls are handled according to the security manual, enforcing current standards and any related policies. Ideally candidates need to have at have at least 1 years experience in working in a 1st line support role, experience with call logging systems and knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
