HR Administrator

This is a permanent position working for a local Boston based company, full time - 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch, parking available. Duties will include supporting the HR Team with regards to recruiting - advertising the vacancies, shortlisting and sourcing applicants, arranging interviews, advising the candidates if they are successful or not, dealing with new starter paperwork as well as confirming hours worked for the payroll department. This team is quite small so the right fit for this client is essential, therefore they are able to consider applicants with some general admin work or alternatively may suit someone who has finished a degree and now looking for a position which offers the work/life balance.
