Call Centre Operative (Inbound)

Temporary to permanent position, based on the outskirts of Spalding. Full time, Monday to Friday working 40 hours per week between 8.30am and 6.30pm. The main duties of this role are to book meetings and events for clients, deal with enquiries and source new venues and suppliers. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop business with existing clients making sure that their requirements are understood as well as identifying prospective new business ventures. This role would suit a candidate who can use their own initiative, work well under pressure and adapt accordingly within the working environment. Desirable skills include experience within a call centre environment and knowledge of MS Office Applications.
