Finance Technician

We have a full time (37 hours per week), long term temporary position for a Finance Technician based in Lincoln - this post is hybrid but attendance at the office in Lincoln 2 days per week, which will include Mondays, will be required.

This post is to support the Place, Fire & Rescue finance teams in the end to end process of Budget Setting, Budget Monitoring and Closure of Accounts. The role will be varied and include tasks such as, utilising finance system to produce reports, completing transactions (ie journals, recharges), management of the shared email account and answering queries. Training and support will be provided.
