Customer Service - German Speaking

German speaking Customer Service Administrator based in our clients busy sales office near Spilsby, the successful applicant will assist the International Sales & Marketing Director to establish and increase their business in Germany.

Specific duties will involve a combination of supporting the sales staff and new customers in Germany, dealing with quotations, queries, speaking with customers on the telephone and corresponding by e-mail, advising on delivery dates and offering advice and guidance on the wide range of products in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. 

You will need to be able to demonstrate a professional level of written and spoken German, as well as an excellent telephone manner and a helpful nature.  The ideal candidate will have good IT skills and a working knowledge of computerised office and contact management systems.  As we the client are trading throughout the world, a working knowledge of other languages would be of interest, but not essential.

Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-4.00pm.

Salary dependent on experience.
