Customer Service Team Manager

We are looking to recruit a permanent Customer Service Team Manager which will be based in the outskirts of Boston.  Working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (42.5 hour week), our client is looking for an experienced Manager to join their team.  You will be required to improve customer after sales experience by ensuring excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction and retention and to meet their expectations. The key responsibilities will be:

  • Develop service procedures, policy and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

The successful person will have proven experience working as a Customer Service Manager or Assistant Manager, experience in providing customer service support and have the ability to stratigically lead a team. You must be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
