Production Operative - Assembly

Based on the outskirts of Tattershall, our client requires Production Operatives to assist within the Assembly department. 

Hours of work are 8am- 5pm, Monday – Friday with 2 x 15 min breaks and an hour for lunch and the opportunity of overtime when required.

Our client specialises in the manufacture of high quality Phenolic, Epoxy and Polyester Glass Fibre and carbon Fibre reinforce plastic moulding with a diverse product mix for customers within aerospace, rail and leisure industries. The company was established in 2008 and are based in Coningsby and Horncastle. 

Duties include but not limited to, bonding of steel fitments to products, using jigs to set customer specific bonding procedures and drawings. Other duties will include drilling, sanding and filling parts that need to be met by customer specifications. Also, other duties may include loading and unloading of ovens.

Main Duties:

• Ensure all jobs are completed within the allocated production times.
• To adhere to Quality standards.
• Adhere to current Health & Safety Regulations.
• To follow the company's Policies and Procedures.
• Completing of all route cards and quality records
• Liaise with your unit leader to maintain company standards.

Full training will be given.

Due to the location of the site and limited public transport options, candidates will be required to have their own transport to get to work.
