Senior Technical Support Engineer

A permanent position for a Boston based company. Working hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Thursday and Fridays 8.30am - 3.30pm (41 hour week).  This role will be perfect for someone from an electrical background and is familiar with technical terminology, components, processes etc. who is wanting a sidestep into an office or customer service environment. 

Candidates will need to have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail as well as being able to work to tight deadlines. Candidates must also have a good electrical/mechanical knowledge and be comfortable on the phone, diagnosing and assisting customers remotely.
