First Line Customer Support Assistant
Permanent position for a well established company based on the outskirts of Boston. This position is mainly taking calls and dealing with emails and Live Chat enquiries. Other aspects of this role will include taking information from customers and the unit they have and trying to assist with problems and raising cases in CRM system. Initial and on-going training will be provided. The candidate would need to be a self motivated, good all-rounder with experience within a similar position.
Hours of work Monday -Thursday 8am -5pm Friday 8am – 3.30pm
