Receptionist/HR Administrator

A full time permanent role to cover busy reception and switchboard. Based on the outskirts of Boston, this role will be meeting and greeting visitors, answering a switchboard, assisting HR with reporting data, diary management, fleet management and arranging meetings/venues/transport where necessary. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 2 x 15min breaks and a half an hour lunch. The candidate would be required to have excellent manner with people, both over the phone and face to face.
