Customer Contact Assistant

Temporary position for 12 weeks for a Customer Contact Assistant based in Boston.

This position is a support role for the existing staff, but will include dealing with the general public by telephone, social media, email and face to face. This could be referring people to the correct department or actively solving queries etc.

Other duties include reception cover when required, record keeping, filing and general administration.

Hours of work - 37 hours a week. Monday – Thursday 08:45 – 17:15 and Friday 08:45 – 16:45 with an hour for lunch each day.
