Recruitment Consultant / Administrator

We are a local family run business looking for a permanent trainee Recruitment Consultant / Office Administrator to join our small team.

Based in Boston, the working hours are 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

The main duties will include taking incoming calls, liaising with clients, meeting and interviewing candidates, data inputting, creating social media posts, updating social media platforms and producing documents.

There may be the opportunity for the successful candidate to take part in presentations or attending networking events.

This is a very customer focused position and would suit someone who is comfortable being in a front of house setting.  

2 years Administration and Customer Service experience is essential as well as being computer literate, however training will be provided.

£11.44 - £12.00 p/hr to be reviewed after probation period, car parking available.
